KELLY KING

RESIDENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER

As resident experience manager, Kelly is responsible for building a greater sense of community that aligns with our residents’ values.  Kelly connects our residents and team members to the community with a focus on sustainability, health and wellness, the arts, and social purpose.  Prior to transitioning into her role as resident experience manager, Kelly worked as executive assistant at Zocalo.

Kelly graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Design.  She is a LEED Green Associate and holds a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) certificate.  Kelly is a Chicago native who relocated to Denver in 2018 to pursue her passion for snowboarding and rock climbing.
