With a fresh, rustic-contemporary aesthetic, Weathervane connects East Boulder’s agrarian history and ecology with the modern interests of the people who live and work there. At 15 acres, the community artfully integrates these buildings into open space, creating a unique “rural density” that accommodates a large multi-family, mixed-use community while featuring abundant green spaces and panoramic views.
