Located at the northeast corner of 1st Avenue and Steele Street, Coda Cherry Creek occupies one of the most prominent locations within Denver’s renowned Cherry Creek retail and residential district. The building is a concrete and steel frame structure rising 12 stories above grade with another two levels below grade.
The program consists of a mixed-use, multi-family, high-rise development; with 182 high-style, for-rent apartment units and 4,100 square feet of boutique restaurant space on the ground floor. Parking for the project consists of two levels of climate-controlled, below-grade parking and one-and-a-half levels above-grade for a total of 220 parking spaces. Amenities include a landscaped community terrace with community cooking capabilities, an outdoor projection theater, and a shallow reflecting pool.
Perimeter site landscaping is designed to complement the building architecture and offer patio seating. The building has achieved LEED®-Gold status by incorporating a number of innovative strategies including rooftop photovoltaics, a gray water catch and reuse system, and a Velo RoomSM with bicycle wash and repair facilities.
Notably, the street-level retail is home to the Hedgerow American Bistro, a concept by the restaurant group that founded The Kitchen and The Kitchen Next Door.
