Located at the northeast corner of 1st Avenue and Steele Street, Coda Cherry Creek occupies one of the most prominent locations within Denver’s renowned Cherry Creek retail and residential district. Perimeter site landscaping is designed to complement the building architecture and offer patio seating. The building has achieved LEED®-Gold status by incorporating a number of innovative strategies including rooftop photovoltaics, a gray water catch and reuse system, and a Velo RoomSM with bicycle wash and repair facilities.

Notably, the street-level retail will be home to the Hedgerow American Bistro, a new concept by the restaurant group that founded The Kitchen and The Kitchen Next Door.
