REGIONAL PORTFOLIO DIRECTOR

Nicole joined Zocalo in 2019 and stepped into the role of Regional Portfolio Director in 2025. With more than a decade of multifamily experience, she has a proven track record in driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team development across a diverse portfolio of communities.

Her expertise spans luxury Class A assets, high-rise developments, LIHTC housing, lease-ups, and large-scale rehabs. Prior to her promotion, Nicole oversaw multiple communities within the Zocalo portfolio and most recently led the successful lease-up of Notable, Zocalo’s affordable housing community. In recognition of her leadership and impact, she was named a finalist for Most Outstanding Community Manager (300+ units) at the 2023 Apartment Association of Metro Denver Tributes Awards.

A proud Colorado native, Nicole enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter. When not embracing family life, she and her husband share a passion for traveling to different countries and attending music festivals around the world, always seeking out new experiences and cultural connections.
