JASON SUMMERS

PRE-DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Jason began his building career in 2005 as a union carpenter helping to build the then new Children’s Hospital at Anschutz Medical Campus. Following that he earned his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University in 2011. Since graduating  his focus has been in preconstruction providing cost analysis, value engineering and design coordination for projects in several market sectors.

Joining Zocalo in 2020, he was the project manager at our 218 unit Notable Apartment project while also providing preconstruction support on multiple Zocalo pursuits. With 10+ years of preconstruction experience he is skilled at guiding projects from concept to contract. Collaborating with owners, subcontractors and design teams he is focused on quality and value, his aim is to deliver the best possible product at the best possible cost.

On the weekend you might find Jason on a mountain road in his converted van or enjoying one of his partner Jasmyne’s performances at one of the metro areas many local theaters.
