LEASING & MARKETING EXPERT
Our Leasing & Marketing experts play a critical role in the success of Zocalo by leasing available apartments to prospects and delivering excellent customer service to our residents, customers and vendors to drive renewals and referrals. This position is also responsible for handling all lease applications, and paperwork and details pertaining to the move-in and renewal process.

REPORTS TO: COMMUNITY DIRECTOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Housing Credit Reporting Act, and all other applicable laws pertaining to property management of apartment communities.
