Her extensive industry background is rooted in a deep commitment to creating stable, welcoming communities where residents feel supported and valued.

Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Nichelle combines Midwestern warmth with strong operational leadership. She is known for her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and ability to balance compliance, performance, and resident satisfaction across diverse communities. At The Quayle Building and Notable Apartments, Nichelle is dedicated to fostering inclusive, service-driven communities while empowering her teams to thrive and grow together.

Passionate about connection both inside and outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring all genres of music, and immersing herself in the fine arts and entertainment. A devoted NFL fan (and proud supporter of the Kansas City Chiefs), she brings that same enthusiasm and team spirit into her leadership style.
