Bethany Kraft
COMMUNITY DIRECTOR
Bethany joined Zocalo in 2022 at our Cherry Creek community before advancing to Community Director at our communities in the Denver Tech Center (DTC). There, she led a dedicated team through a transformative period, helping rebuild trust, elevate the resident experience, and create a stronger sense of community. Through consistency, care, and a shared commitment to excellence, Bethany and her team fostered a culture rooted in accountability, connection, and service. Their efforts were recognized with a Zocalo SPIRIT Award, honoring the team’s outstanding performance and collaboration.
As of 2026, Bethany took on a new opportunity as Community Director for Zocalo’s 55+ Active Adult, LEED Gold-certified community located in historic downtown Littleton. She brings her passion for leadership, resident engagement, and operational excellence to the active adult living sector. Known for her customer-focused approach, Bethany is committed to creating meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of residents and cultivate a welcoming community atmosphere.
Originally from North Dakota, Bethany relocated to Colorado in 2003 and has built an accomplished multifamily housing career managing a variety of asset types throughout the Denver metropolitan area. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, paddle boarding, attending live music events, and spending quality time with her family.
