Bianey began her property management career with Zocalo in 2021. After serving as Community Director for Zocalo’s affordable housing communities, she was promoted to lead Zocalo’s 367-unit mixed-use community in Denver’s vibrant River North Art District (RiNo), a 13-story development featuring luxury apartment homes and 10,000 square feet of on-site retail space.

Passionate about building high-performing teams and service-driven communities, Bianey leads with integrity, inclusivity, and a people-first mindset. Known for her approachable leadership style and strong relationship-building skills, Bianey creates welcoming environments where residents feel at home and team members are empowered to succeed. Her ability to balance operational excellence with exceptional customer service has made her a valued leader within the Zocalo organization.
