Gretchen began her multifamily career in late 2020 as a Leasing Professional and quickly advanced into management within just six months  – a testament to her drive, leadership, and ability to build authentic relationships. She joined Zocalo in 2022 as an Assistant Community Director and now serves as Community Director, where she brings Zocalo’s mission of building vibrant, sustainable, and connected communities to life.

Known for her attention to detail and passion for people, Gretchen creates environments where residents feel at home, valued and engaged. Her thoughtful approach ensures every interaction reflects care, professionalism, and community spirit – making her communities not just places to live but places to thrive.

Outside of work, Gretchen is always on the move – whether traveling to new places, catching live music, or exploring the ever-evolving Denver food scene! On weekends, she’s often exploring Colorado’s breathtaking mountain landscape with her loyal pup by her side.
