Olga is an accounting and finance professional with over two decades of experience across real estate, construction, manufacturing, and professional services. She specializes in financial reporting, consolidations, and month-end close processes within complex multi-entity environments.

In her role as Assistant Controller, she supports the Controller in managing the accounting and financial activities for Zocalo and all related affiliates. This includes real estate projects that are currently being developed or under construction, properties that are fully operational, and corporate entities. She works collaboratively with the Controller and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting is delivered to senior executives and equity partners. She is also responsible for overseeing the month-end close process to ensure all financial records are complete, accurate, and delivered on time. Olga holds a master’s degree in accounting and is currently pursuing her CPA license in Colorado.

Olga lives in Centennial with her husband and their two teenage sons. She enjoys attending live concerts, traveling to new destinations, and exploring the natural beauty of Colorado, from mountain trails to scenic weekend getaways.
