Stokely Price

SENIOR CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTANT

Stokely Price joined Zocalo Community Development in 2025 as a Senior Construction Accountant. In this role, he manages the accounting and finance functions for complex projects, utilizing his expertise in construction accounting, cost analysis, and cash-flow forecasting to ensure financial accuracy and clarity for project teams.

Before joining Zocalo, Stokely served as a finance manager for large-scale, multi-year projects and held various positions in audit, forecasting, and accounting within the infrastructure and construction sectors. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Tennessee–Martin and maintains an active CPA license in Tennessee.

A resident of Denver’s Baker neighborhood, Stokely and his wife, Katie, spend their time outside of work skiing, exploring Colorado, and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers.
