Shannon joined Zocalo with more than 23 years of experience in multifamily property management, bringing a reputation for strong leadership, operational clarity, and the ability to step into complex communities and make real, lasting improvements. Her career has been shaped by a genuine passion for people, mentoring teams, and figuring out what’s broken and fixing it, often in some of the industry’s most challenging environments.

Known for her hands-on leadership style, Shannon excels at stabilizing hard communities, improving performance, and building trust with both teams and residents. She has a sharp eye for operational gaps, a practical approach to problem-solving, and a people-first mindset that drives results while creating engaged, high-performing teams. Her leadership blends accountability, empathy, and a healthy dose of humor, because good work does not have to be miserable.

Outside of work, Shannon proudly holds the title of “Aunt” to 15 nieces and nephews, a role that rivals any leadership position she’s ever held. She enjoys traveling, skiing, shopping, and embracing life with the same energy and curiosity she brings to her work.
