Wanda Oglesby

STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Born and raised in Maryland in a military family, Wanda followed in her father’s footsteps and joined the U.S. Air Force shortly after graduating high school. After receiving an Honorable Discharge, she began building her family in California, where she also launched her accounting career. Wanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of La Verne and has since developed broad accounting expertise spanning government contracting, manufacturing, and property accounting across her 40+ years of expertise.

In her role as Staff Accountant, Wanda supports accounting operations across all areas of the organization, including corporate entities, real estate projects in development and construction, and stabilized, fully operational properties. She works closely with Community Directors and internal teams to support timely processing and plays a key role in property accounting and reporting, contributing to monthly closes and supporting the accounting processes for multiple properties.

Outside of work, Wanda is an avid reader with a particular love for Stephen King novels. In her free time, she enjoys attending Rockies games with her children and grandson, or vacationing in Florida with her three sisters.
