Brian Spittell

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Brian joined Zocalo in 2025 as Chief Financial Officer, where he leads the firm’s financing and accounting functions, deal structuring, real estate closings, risk management, and the management of equity and lender relationships.

He brings more than a decade of experience in development, value-add, and opportunistic real estate investments spanning the multifamily, office, retail, and industrial sectors. Brian holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from Texas A&M University, is a CFA Charterholder, and is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas.

Based in Park Hill, Brian and his wife, Kaitlin, have called Colorado home for more than ten years. Outside of work, they enjoy hiking, camping, jeeping, and exploring the backcountry with their three sons—William, Henry, and Bennett.
