Clover leads the integration of Learning & Development, Branding, and Information Technology to shape a cohesive and elevated experience across the organization. Her work connects the employee journey to the resident and prospect experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Zocalo’s purpose of Building Connected Communities.

With over 20 years of multifamily experience, Clover brings a well-rounded operational background that spans lease-ups, renovations, acquisitions, affordable housing, commercial assets, LEED-certified communities, and historic multi-site portfolios. Prior to joining Zocalo, she held roles with industry leaders including AMLI, Greystar, Mill Creek, and Gables Residential.

Clover’s career evolved from onsite leadership into a passion for developing people and building high-performing teams. Today, she is known for her ability to design impactful learning experiences, strengthen organizational culture, and align brand, operations, and technology to drive performance. She leads initiatives that elevate leadership capability, enhance the employee experience, and ensure Zocalo’s brand is authentically lived from the inside out.

Her leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that when people feel seen, supported, and experience a true sense of belonging, they are empowered to do their best work and deliver exceptional results. Clover is committed to creating environments where individuals can grow, teams can thrive, and communities can flourish.

Outside of work, Clover thoroughly takes advantage of the Colorado lifestyle. She is an avid skier, artist, and dinner party host. To her, sharing a meal with friends, colleagues and/or family is the happiest part of her day.
