Originally a beloved Nederland favorite, Decent Bagel has now expanded to Weathervane and is officially open for business. Be sure to stop by, say hello, and support our newest restaurant partner.
A big thank you to Felipe Vergara, Connor Lafferty, and Jakob Beckish for their dedication in securing the final Certificate of Occupancy for Decent Bagel at Weathervane. Their efforts helped bring our newest retail partner to life, and we are excited to officially welcome Decent Bagel to the neighborhood!
Born from the desire for a quick yet substantial breakfast before heading out on a mountain adventure, Decent Bagel offers authentic New York-style bagels with all the classics. Founded by actual New Yorkers with discerning taste buds and no-fuss attitudes, the concept was created after searching for a truly “decent” bagel in Colorado and coming up empty.
Their passion for quality and authenticity has quickly earned them a loyal following, and we are thrilled to see this exciting addition become part of the Weathervane community. We look forward to watching Decent Bagel continue to grow and become a neighborhood staple for residents and visitors alike.
