We’re excited to welcome our newest restaurant partner, Odd Rabbit, officially open on Thursday, April 30th at Weathervane in Boulder!
From the acclaimed duo behind Michelin Bib Gourmand awardee Glo Noodle House, chefs Christopher and Ariana Teigland bring their sophomore concept to life with Odd Rabbit, a sushi-centric, Japanese-inspired restaurant that blends creativity, craftsmanship, and a touch of playful energy.
Leading the sushi program is chef Stephen Nguyen (formerly of Temaki Den and Uncle), curating a menu that highlights both precision and innovation. On the beverage side, Ariana Teigland is crafting a cocktail program that leans heavily into Japanese ingredients, offering a unique and elevated drink experience to complement the cuisine.
The space itself reflects the spirit of the concept, moody and modern with warm wood tones, natural finishes, and vibrant pops of color. Guests may notice familiar design elements, including lanterns reminiscent of Glo, along with custom murals from a local artist that frame the open kitchen and add to the restaurant’s dynamic atmosphere.
