This March marks a powerful milestone for Veranda Highpointe, one year since our teams stepped in, rolled up their sleeves, and began the work of true transformation.
In just twelve months, this team has done something truly remarkable. What began as a challenging moment became an opportunity and they rose to meet it with grit, heart, and an unwavering commitment to each other and their residents. They didn’t just show up, they showed what’s possible.
Through consistency, care, and a shared sense of purpose, this team rebuilt trust, elevated the resident experience, and created a community they can be proud of today. More importantly, they built a culture grounded in accountability and connection, one that continues to drive their success forward.
Their impact has been nothing short of extraordinary, and this year it was recognized at the SPIRIT Awards, where they earned the Team Transformer Award – a reflection of both where they started and how far they’ve come.
