Rachelle joined Zocalo in February 2021 as Community Director of our LEED Gold-certified 55+ Active Adult community in historic downtown Littleton. Through her dedication to operational excellence, team leadership, and resident engagement, she has played an instrumental role in the success of the community. In 2026, Rachelle was promoted to Senior Community Director at our upscale, LEED-certified community in Denver’s Cherry Creek district.
She is an established Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) with more than 20 years of multifamily housing experience, spanning the Phoenix, Chicago, and Denver markets, Rachelle brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a people-first leadership style to her role. She is passionate about developing high-performing teams through mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth while fostering meaningful connections with residents and creating vibrant community experiences.
A proud Denverite, Rachelle enjoys being actively involved in her local community. Outside of work, can often be found on the golf course, at a baseball game, or enjoying time gardening.
