Notable; a home for local artists that strikes a note with everyone in the community.  After meeting with neighbors and neighborhood associations Notable took on a performing/musical arts personality.  Located in Lakewood Notable delivers multimodal convenience to all residents by it’s proximity to the 6^th Ave corridor and the Federal Center light rail station.  Notable is close to both Denver and the Rocky Mountains and there’s something new for residents to explore indoors and outdoors every day.

Some of the Notable amenities are practice and performance space for musicians and a large art studio for artists.  This community offers an affordable rent price tag giving artists and community servants the ability to live in the community they work in.  Notable started off as a vacant office building and has been transformed into 218 studios, one and two bedrooms apartments.
