Bethany joined Zocalo in 2022 at our Cherry Creek community before advancing to Community Director at our communities in the Denver Tech Center (DTC). There, she led a dedicated team through a transformative period, helping rebuild trust, elevate the resident experience, and create a stronger sense of community. Through consistency, care, and a shared commitment to excellence, Bethany and her team fostered a culture rooted in accountability, connection, and service. Their efforts were recognized with a Zocalo SPIRIT Award, honoring the team’s outstanding performance and collaboration.
As of 2026, Bethany took on a new opportunity as Community Director for Zocalo’s 55+ Active Adult, LEED Gold-certified community located in historic downtown Littleton. She brings her passion for leadership, resident engagement, and operational excellence to the active adult living sector. Known for her customer-focused approach, Bethany is committed to creating meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of residents and cultivate a welcoming community atmosphere.
Originally from North Dakota, Bethany relocated to Colorado in 2003 and has built an accomplished multifamily housing career managing a variety of asset types throughout the Denver metropolitan area.
