Jen joined Zocalo in 2022 as a Regional Portfolio Director, with over 20 years’ experience in multifamily property management. She built a distinguished career centered on driving revenue growth, developing high-performing teams, and fostering strong community relationships. In early 2025, she was promoted to Senior Regional Portfolio Director, and most recently in late 2025, was promoted to Vice President of Operations, continuing to lead with strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to mentorship and professional development.
Jen continues to increase revenue year over year while cultivating a culture of collaboration and excellence. Her leadership has been recognized with numerous industry accolades, including the Beacon Leadership Award, Peer of the Year, and Manager of the Year. She is committed to continuous professional growth, earning both the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) accreditations from the National Apartment Association. Additionally, she participates in numerous industry and local events with the Apartment Association of Metro Denver in addition to ongoing mentorship programs, further enhancing her expertise in property management and real estate operations.
