We have found a new home at 2020.  We did not want to live in a community of 20 somethings where there is a "dorm-like" lifestyle.  We find 2020 to be a well rounded community with a variety of age groups and backgrounds.

The 2020 team also makes it easy to make friends with your neighbors with a monthly calendar full of activities, events and community efforts.  The apartments and building are well maintained and the Ballpark neighborhood is now booming with lots of fabulous restaurants, pubs etc. Not to mention our fantastic rooftop, complete with hot tub, grills and fire pit!

My employer, the Principal Real Estate Investors, has worked successfully with Zocalo for approximately four years. During this time, Zocalo has provided property management, accounting, construction management, and development services to Principal Real Estate Investors, in the Denver MSA. After looking at between 15-20 apartment types throughout Denver, I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for in a home. The Powell floor plan is the most efficient use of space I found and this lack of wasted space makes it feel so much larger. With this efficient use of space comes shockingly low energy bills, I don't think I used my AC hardly at all this summer. It also has the greatest view of any comparable apartment downtown.
